What types of positions can you help me hire for?

We primarily specialize in placing customer support and virtual assistant positions.

Do your Ukrainian employees speak good English?

Yes. All of our workers are screened in advance to ensure they speak high enough levels of English to function in a Western business environment.

Given the current situation in Ukraine, are these employees reliable?

Yes. We screen them to ensure they are in a stable situation before they interview with you.  

How do I pay the employees?

You don't even have to worry about this! Once you've hired an employee, we simply send you an invoice every month and take care of the rest.

What if I'm not happy with my employee?

All employees start with a 30 day trial period. If you're not happy, you can cut the chord, no strings attached. We'll be happy to find you a different employee if you wish.
