BY PAYING YOUR INVOICE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.
- This is a starting FEE. It is not a deposit. It does not go towards or apply to any candidate salaries/fees.

- You agree to allow Hire UA to do our job. You have hired us to take this process and the work off of your hands. We are your guiding hand throughout it. We ask that you take our advice, guidance, and recommendations to heart, especially as it pertains to the vetting, interviewing, and onboarding process.
- You agree to be available for interviews within 1 week (or specify if not).
- You agree to provide us your prompt feedback (within 24 hours on business days) on candidates so we can adjust as needed.
- You agree to attend interviews we schedule. We understand things happen, but rescheduling repeatedly will result in a termination of the search and with zero refund of any fees paid.
- You agree that the job description or position will not be changed once approved. Any significant change to the job or position will result in an additional fee (50% of the invoice price) to continue the search.
- What constitutes a significant change is solely up to Hire UA’s discretion. We understand sometimes little changes need to be made and may accommodate, but it is at Hire UA’s sole discretion.
- An example of an acceptable change: You engage HireUA to hire a Project Manager for your marketing agency. 1 week into the process, you add that it would be nice if they could be client facing and present some reports to the clients.
- An example of an unacceptable change: You engage HireUA to hire a Project Manager. 1 week into the process, you decide that this person also needs to have graphic design skills, a strong background in copywriting, and some TikTok ad buying experience as well. If you make this change it will result in a 50% surcharge if you want us to source these new specifications.
- An example of an unacceptable change: You engage HireUA to hire a Project Manager. 1 week into the process, you manage to fill this position internally. You decide you want to “roll your deposit” over into hiring a Customer Support Agent instead. These are 2 separate positions and will result in a 50% surcharge if you want us to continue the search for the CS Agent.
- You agree that you will not discuss salary or financials with the candidates. We work around the budget given on the discovery call. The price agreed on is the all-in price and the interview topics should be kept exclusively to the work at hand. Candidates are also told not to discuss salary.
- To onboard any employee hired within 1 week of extending an offer: We expect to know WHAT day the person will be onboarded when the offer is made. We expect the onboarding day to be within 1 week of extending the offer. If a candidate fails to begin after you have an extended an offer due to your own negligence, Hire UA reserves the right to terminate the relationship with zero refund of any fees paid.
- You agree that by paying this invoice you agree that Hire UA has sole authority and discretion on these terms.
- By paying this invoice you agree to these terms and that Hire UA can terminate the search at any time with no refund of fees.
- Of course, we strive our best to make sure this never happens — we ultimately want to place a great employee with you to:
1. ) Help your business grow;
2.) Give a good person a job and;
3.) So you tell everybody about us and we get to help more people.
This is just our way of saying that these are the terms, and we reserve the right to cease our working relationship at our discretion.
Remember, this is a two-way street, the best candidates who are deserving of being in your business should also should be impressed by you!
