Here is how the HireUA “5 in 5” and “Tech in 10” guarantee works.

  • We will book 5 candidates on your calendar within 5 days of you giving approval for your job description. If you’re not thrilled with our candidates we will refund your entire starting fee and you do not pay anything.
  • Technical positions (this will be clarified on your call), we will book 5 candidates on your calendar within 10 days of your job description being approved.
  • Do note, the interviews may be several days more depending on your availability and time slots (we try to make it as convenient as possible.

By paying your starting invoice you agree to the following terms and conditions of our work regarding the guarantee:

  • You must do a minimum of 10 interviews to qualify for a refund.
  • You must be available within 1 week for interviews of your job description being approved.
  • If you do not provide us a calendar link (or your availability) within 24 hours of the request, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • You cannot reschedule more than 3 interviews. We understand things come up, but there are limits. Rescheduling more than 3 interviews makes you ineligible for a refund.
  • You agree that you will not discuss salary or financials with the candidates.
    • We work around the budget given on the discovery call. The price agreed on is the all-in price and the interview topics should be kept exclusively to the work at hand. Candidates are also told not to discuss salary.
    • Discussing salaries directly with the candidates will invalidate your right to a refund.
  • Changing your job description significantly invalidates your right to a refund.
    • What constitutes a significant change is solely up to HireUA’s discretion. We understand sometimes little changes need to be made and may accommodate, but it is at HireUA’s sole discretion.
      • An example of an acceptable change: You engage HireUA to hire a Project Manager for your marketing agency. 1 week into the process, you add that it would be nice if they could be client facing and present some reports to the clients.
      • An example of an unacceptable change: You engage HireUA to hire a Project Manager. 1 week into the process, you decide that this person also needs to have graphic design skills, a strong background in copywriting, and some TikTok ad buying experience as well. 
  • You must provide feedback within 24 hours on candidates. If you interview on Friday, you have until Monday at noon EST to provide the feedback. Failure to do so will invalidate your right to a refund.
  • Once an offer is made to a candidate, you are not entitled to a refund. You must onboard your candidate within 1 week, or set a clear date.

FOR CREATIVE POSITIONS (Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Copywriter):

  • We will present 5 portfolios for review in 5 days
  • You must give a trial task to a minimum of 3 candidates and interview a minimum of 2 to be eligible for a refund.

Other Terms

  • This is a starting FEE. It is not a deposit. It does not go towards or apply to any candidate salaries/fees.
  • You can see a sample of our contract here.
    • Please note that you pay IN ADVANCE of work done. Otherwise we would be fronting hundreds of thousands of dollars every month for our clients.
    • Example: You hire someone who starts on the 15th of March. Their salary is $2,000/month. You’d pay $1,000 prior to their start date (for March). You’d then pay $2,000 on the 1st of April (for April).
  • You agree that the job description or position will not be changed once approved. Any significant change to the job or position will result in an additional fee (50% of the invoice price) to continue the search and invalidates the guarantee.
