Admittedly, I wasn’t sure it was doable given the job description and details of the job we required, but the UA team delivered and then some. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the world of hiring internationally, it is near impossible without local knowledge and expertise.
Even if you do figure out how to navigate some of the job boards in foreign languages, pay for and post a job in the local language (while still trying to attract English speaking talent), you will still be hopelessly lost in regard to what to pay for the position and how.
Yes, the “how” to pay is quite difficult as well.
