1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of hire-ua.com and any related pages, forms and content (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that company.
2. Who we are
The Website is operated by Hire UA LLC (“HireUA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA. You can reach us at contact@hire-ua.com.
HireUA is a global recruiting and staffing service that connects companies with full-time remote professionals in more than 40 countries.
3. Website content is for information only
The content on the Website is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, employment or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Any statistics, salary ranges, cost comparisons, savings figures, timelines or example results shown on the Website are estimates based on our experience and available information. They are not promises or guarantees. Actual results depend on many factors, including the role, location, market conditions and the candidate.
We try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
4. Our recruiting services are covered by a separate agreement
These Terms only cover your use of the Website. If you decide to engage HireUA for recruiting or staffing services, including our Monthly Hire or Direct Hire models, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between your company and HireUA.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement will apply. Nothing on the Website, and no form you submit through it, creates a service contract on its own.
5. Information for candidates
If you are a job seeker, you are welcome to submit your details, CV or application through the Website or by email. Submitting your information does not guarantee that we will contact you, put you forward for a role, or place you with a client. Hiring decisions are made by our clients.
Please make sure the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information
- Upload or send viruses, malware or any harmful code
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or the servers it runs on
- Scrape, harvest or copy content or data from the Website using automated tools without our written permission

You may view the Website and download or print pages and materials we make available (such as our Pricing Guide) for your own internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to use the HireUA name, logos or other trademarks.
8. Information you submit
When you submit information through the Website, such as a Start Hiring form, an email sign-up, a Pricing Guide request, a CV or a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, provide our services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Website or our services, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
Please do not send us confidential information through the Website unless we have agreed to receive it.

Affiliate commissions do not affect our recommendations. We only recommend tools we use.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country that these Terms do not affect.
This section applies only to your use of the Website. Liability relating to our recruiting and staffing services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate HireUA for any claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise because you broke these Terms, misused the Website, or submitted information you did not have the right to share.

15. Suspending or ending access

16. Governing law and where disputes are handled
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or related to them or your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
The state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except that if you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
