How much do I get paid?

Do I need a referral link?
No. Refer people directly by email, text or an intro, whatever’s easiest. If your contact writes your name in the “who referred you” field when they book, it’s logged automatically.
When do I get paid?
Once each hire has been in seat for 90 days.
What if a hire leaves before 90 days?
If we replace them, the 90 days count from the replacement’s start date.
How do I get paid?
By Wise, PayPal or bank transfer. If you’re an existing HireUA client, you can take it as credit off your bill instead.
Are there any hoops to jump through?
No. No questions asked. Once the hire passes 90 days, you get paid.
Who can become a partner?
Clients, agency owners, founders, and anyone in a founder network or community who knows companies that are hiring.
