1. Can you describe your hiring situation before working with us?
Before working with you, I was handling all our hiring myself for remote team members from different countries. We had some good hires, but I was spending way too much time on sourcing and interviewing, and honestly, I wasn’t always finding people who would really take ownership and help move the business forward.
2. Can you share some key accomplishments they’ve made at your company?
Our podcast guest coordinator has been amazing – she actually saw an opportunity to help with our SEO and marketing strategy and just ran with it completely on her own. I didn’t even ask her to do that. Plus, having someone in my time zone makes collaboration so much easier.
3. How much money do you think you’re currently saving vs local hiring?
I’d say we’re saving around $20-30K per year compared to what we’d have to pay someone locally with the same skills and work quality.
4. Would you recommend our services to other companies like yours?
100%. Hiring is such a time sink, and when you’re trying to grow a business, you need people who can actually contribute and think strategically, not just follow instructions. You guys really get what we’re looking for and find people who fit that. Any business owner who’s tired of spending weeks trying to find the right person should definitely work with you.
