Seven Hires Across Every Core Agency Role
By the time he recorded this case study, Zach had hired “pretty much every single position” on his agency’s core team “multiple times over” through HireUA. Every client account runs on a team of four:

BEFORE HIREUA
Replacing a Hiring Funnel He Built Himself
Before working with us, Zach recruited on his own through LinkedIn. That meant building a full hiring funnel (a video, an application, content or ads) and then processing every applicant, every time a new position opened. He estimated it took “at least a couple hours per week” just to build it out.
Some roles are easy to judge. A designer’s portfolio tells you a lot. Account Managers are harder: they need to know copy, design and the technical side, plus soft skills that never show up in a portfolio. We filter for that before candidates ever reach Zach’s calendar.
