1. What positions have you hired through HireUA?
We’ve hired over a dozen remote developers over the past four years, typically maintaining a team of about 4 at any given time.
These are primarily middle to senior-level engineers, averaging $3,500 per month per developer.
2. Can you describe your hiring situation before working with us?
The same as a lot of growing companies…a variety of platforms and methods.
Inconsistent quality, endless interviewing and vetting, and we’d hire someone only to realize weeks later they weren’t the right fit.
We needed people who could move fast, ship features, and adapt as our product evolved. HireUA gave us that without the usual platform headaches.
3. How would you describe your overall experience working with us throughout the hiring process?
It’s been straightforward and fast, which is exactly what we needed.

4. How do you feel about the candidates you’ve hired, and can you share some key accomplishments they’ve made at your company?
Our developers have been critical to Charlie AI’s growth.
In June 2025 alone, we shipped three major product updates:
Custom values for voice agents, two-way HubSpot integration, and proactive auto-booking. All of these features required significant backend work and architectural changes. They fundamentally changed how our AI interacts with CRMs and schedules appointments.
5. How much money do you think you’re currently saving with your four employees?
On average, we’ve had 3-4 people at a time through HireUA.
Senior developers in the US would cost us $10k-$15k per month minimum. At approx $3,500 per month through HireUA for the same caliber of talent, the math is obvious. That’s capital we’ve reinvested directly into product development and scaling the business.
Overall, we’re saving about $250,000 per year.

Absolutely.
