Two More Coaching and Consulting Hires.

3 DAYS

TO TAKE OVER THE JOB DESCRIPTION

Pablo Milandu, Founder of Vintascale

Pablo had just launched a new offer when he made his first hire ever: an Executive Assistant from North Macedonia. He decided 9 days after paying his deposit, and she took over everything on the job description within three days. In his words at the time: “We have a business now.”

HALF A DAY

TO FIND THE PERSON HE NEEDED

Noah Revoy

Noah Revoy hired a Virtual Assistant through HireUA for a very specialized project. Within a couple of days he had candidates to interview. In his words: “In half a day, I found the person that I needed.”

The Problem

You Can’t Sell, Deliver, and Run Everything Forever

You’re good at what you do.

That’s why people hire you.

But now you’re managing client communications, following up with prospects, scheduling calls, creating content, sending invoices, and handling a hundred other things that don’t require your expertise.

Meanwhile, you’re still responsible for actually delivering the service people pay you for.

So what happens when you get more clients?

You get busier.

And eventually, something gives.

Maybe it’s your marketing. Maybe it’s client delivery. Maybe you’re simply working more hours than you want to.

You don’t necessarily need another coach or consultant.

You need people who can take responsibility for the work surrounding your expertise.

Why HireUA

Stop Spending Your Best Hours Recruiting

Every hour you spend hiring is an hour you’re not coaching, selling or delivering.

Alternative

  • Hiring yourself. You write the job post, sort applications, screen candidates and schedule interviews, all on top of client work.
  • Freelance marketplaces. Plenty of applicants. Figuring out who can actually own the role is still your job.
  • One-country agencies. Your search is limited to whatever market that agency covers.
  • Local hiring. Sometimes the right call, but it can eat a big share of a coaching or consulting budget.

What It Costs

What Does Hiring Globally Cost?

Typical monthly pay for the person you hire, plus how HireUA’s fee works.

Where We Recruit

The Right Role. The Right Market.

HireUA recruits talent from 40+ countries. We don’t sell a country. We start with the role and search the market that fits it.

EUROPE

Eastern Europe

Where HireUA started, and still a core market for founder support and client-facing roles. Dakota Robertson’s Virtual Assistant is from Ukraine. Pablo Milandu’s Executive Assistant was from North Macedonia.

LATAM

Latin America

Strong US time-zone overlap. A good fit for client-facing, sales and creative roles that benefit from working the same hours as your clients.

ASIA

The Philippines and Southeast Asia

Deep remote-work experience. Excellent value for support, admin and repeatable, process-driven work where reliability and consistency matter.

There’s no best country to hire from. There’s a best market for the job: experience, communication, working hours and pay decide where we search.

You interview the finalists and decide who joins your team. Total hiring time depends on your decision process.

Questions

Coaches & Consultants Hiring FAQs

Can HireUA recruit for coaching businesses?

Yes. We recruit for remote positions across sales, operations, marketing, administration and client support. Business coach Noah Revoy hired a Virtual Assistant through us, and personal brand consultant Dakota Robertson’s Virtual Assistant took 20+ hours a week off his plate. The right role depends on how your business runs and which responsibilities need an owner.

Can you help me figure out which position to hire?

Yes. We start with the work you need done. Sometimes the answer isn’t more people. It’s one person who owns several related responsibilities. Pablo Milandu came to us thinking he needed two hires and ended up hiring one Executive Assistant who covered both.

How much does a Virtual Assistant cost?

Virtual Assistant pay starts from $1,000/month. That’s what the assistant earns, not HireUA’s fee. Executive Assistants typically earn $1,500–$3,500 a month full-time. Client Success Managers, Account Managers and Operations Managers typically earn $2,500–$3,500, depending on the role.

Can you recruit appointment setters?

Yes. The first step is defining what the person will actually do: follow up with inbound leads, prospect outbound, qualify prospects or manage bookings. Those responsibilities need different experience.

Can you find someone to help manage my coaching community?

Yes. Community management can be part of a dedicated role or a broader support position. Dakota Robertson’s Virtual Assistant took on his community alongside content repurposing and his social messages.

Can you recruit Client Success Managers or Account Managers?

Yes. We recruit for client communication, onboarding, relationship management and the conversations that keep clients on track. We set the experience and communication requirements before the search starts.

Do you recruit for consulting firms?

Yes, including Jordan Nelson’s consultancy, Simply Scale, where a Virtual Assistant saved him about 15 hours a week, and personal brand consultant Dakota Robertson.

Can I hire someone part-time?

Yes. HireUA works with part-time and full-time positions. The right arrangement depends on the responsibilities and how much work there is.

What if I need someone who can speak directly with clients?

Tell us when we define the position. Client-facing communication, language requirements and working hours belong in the hiring criteria, not something you discover after the person starts.

How quickly can I interview candidates?

Qualified candidates are presented within 5 days of kickoff. Total time to hire depends on how quickly you interview and decide.

Do you only recruit from Ukraine?

No. HireUA began in Ukraine and now recruits talent from 40+ countries.

Do you handle payroll and administration?

Yes, with Monthly Hire. You pay HireUA, and we pay and administer your hire, including payroll and compliance. With Direct Hire, you employ the person directly and pay a placement fee of 15% of annual salary, $3,000 minimum.

Can you recruit several positions as my business grows?

Yes. We handle individual placements, multiple hires and ongoing recruiting. For larger teams, we can work alongside your internal recruiters or provide recruitment process outsourcing.
