Real People. Real Businesses. Real Results.

$3,800 a month

Saved on an Inbox Manager who books calls

Andre Haykal Jr., Client Ascension

Andre was paying US inbox managers $30 an hour, and they kept leaving. His HireUA hire works his replies, handles objections and booked 50 calls in her first full month.

20 hours a week

Saved with 3 hires, including sales

Kenan Clark, Remodel Favor

Kenan hired three people from Eastern Europe through HireUA: a sales hire, a Virtual Assistant and a support hire. Together they save him 20 hours a week.

48–72 hours

To 5–6 qualified Inbox Manager candidates

David Jacob, Axon Growth

Sales superstar David Jacob “cloned himself”: he hired an Inbox Manager to work his replies the way he would, so he could stay on calls and closing.

Minutes

To answer interested prospects and book the call

Alex, Stacks CFO

Alex couldn’t sit in every inbox all day. His HireUA Inbox Manager nurtures outbound leads across channels and books qualified calls on his calendar, adding thousands in revenue.

The Problem

Most Outsourced SDR Setups Are Built to Fail.

When SaaStr surveyed roughly 1,200 people about outsourced SDRs, only 7% said it really worked. The reason is simple. The agency gets paid when someone accepts a calendar invite. You get paid when someone signs a contract. Those aren’t the same event.

The Pooled Agency Rep

  • Paid per meeting booked, not per deal closed
  • Splits attention across three or four other clients
  • Learns your market from a one-page onboarding doc
  • Works in their CRM, so your data leaves when they do
  • Sends LinkedIn messages from a burner account

The Role

A Rep Runs the Machine. You Still Need the Machine.

Outbound isn’t a person. It’s a machine with eight parts, and your SDR is the operator. Here’s what a good one works with every day, and what you should have in place before they start.

Lead list

01

The List

Vetted, targeted leads built around the signals that mean a company is actually ready to buy, not whatever a database spits out.

Pitch

02

The 15-Second Pitch

What’s the pain, what’s the promise, and why shouldn’t this stranger hang up? Sharpened by hundreds of real conversations.

Sequences

03

Multi-Touch Sequences

Phone, email and LinkedIn in sequence, with messages that don’t read like a bot wrote them.

Infrastructure

04

Email Infrastructure

Secondary domains, properly warmed, with sending limits, so cold email never lands your real domain in spam.

CRM and dialer

05

CRM & Dialer

The dialer lives inside the CRM. Calls are logged automatically and follow-ups are triggered, not hand-typed.

KPIs

06

KPIs & Scorecard

Dials, emails, conversations and meetings, tracked and reviewed every week.

Conversion math

07

Conversion Math

Dials to conversations to meetings to closed deals, judged against your real sales cycle.

Comp structure

08

Comp Structure

Pay that points at the same target you do. Pay per meeting gets meetings. Pay pure salary gets comfort.

How We Screen

“Sell It to Me. Right Now.”

Every sales candidate we put in front of a client goes through a mock call. Not the kind most companies run.

No script

01

No Warning, No Script

We don’t tell them it’s coming, and we don’t hand them anything to read.

Their product

02

Their Product, Not Ours

We ask, “What’s your favorite thing you’ve ever sold?” Then: “Sell it to me.” Asking them to pitch HireUA would only test how well they memorized our website.

Natural sellers

03

Natural Sellers Light Up

They ask what we care about, adapt on the fly, handle the curveball and ask for the close.

Script readers

04

Script-Readers Freeze

That’s the difference between a salesperson and a call center worker, and no resume shows it.

What Clients Say

In Their Own Words.

Adam

“Pretty much I just go to you guys for every, like, managerial position in SEO.”

Eric
Founder, LIFT Enrichment · $1.3M to $10.2M in 19 months

“I can be on the other side of the world in Dubai, and I was for three weeks, and she did absolutely everything with a huge amount of success.”

Max Alexander

“She has evolved into a 10-out-of-10 perfect employee. You can’t do much better than that.”

Global Talent

Great SDRs Aren’t Limited to Your Zip Code.

We recruit SDRs and sales reps across 40+ countries and like presenting candidates from more than one region, so you pick the best person, not the best flag.

EUROPE

Eastern Europe

Strong for structured, high-autonomy outbound. Remodel Favor’s sales hire came from Eastern Europe.

LATAM

Latin America

Especially strong for phone-based sales into the US: time-zone overlap, smooth, Americanized English and the cultural fluency to banter with a prospect from Dallas.

ASIA

The Philippines and Southeast Asia

Our Pricing Guide’s pick for lead generation and appointment setting, with deep remote-work experience and reliable, process-driven work.

We hire for the person who can sell, not the person with the best-sounding title.

Questions

SDR FAQs

How much does it cost to hire an SDR?

Sales Representatives and SDRs typically earn $1,000–$2,500 a month full-time, plus commission (Mid-level usually $1,500–$2,000). Appointment Setters and Lead Generation Specialists typically earn $1,500–$2,000 plus commission. That’s what the person earns, not HireUA’s fee.

What’s the difference between an SDR, an Appointment Setter and an Inbox Manager?

An SDR prospects and starts conversations, usually outbound. An Appointment Setter follows up with leads and books meetings, usually by phone. An Inbox Manager works the replies from your cold email campaigns and turns interest into booked calls. We help you decide which seat you need.

Should I use an outsourced SDR agency instead?

Most agencies get paid per meeting or on a retainer justified by meetings, and their reps work several clients at once. If you already have the list, sequences, CRM and scorecard in place, a dedicated rep of your own usually costs less and keeps the knowledge in your business.

What do I need in place before my SDR starts?

Ideally: a vetted list, a short pitch, multi-touch sequences, separate sending domains, a CRM with a built-in dialer, a weekly scorecard, working conversion math and a comp plan. If some of it is missing, tell us on the first call so we can recruit someone with the experience to help build it.

How do you screen sales candidates?

With a live mock call and no warning. We ask candidates to sell us their favorite thing they’ve ever sold. Natural sellers ask questions, adapt and close. Script-readers freeze.

Can an SDR work US hours?

Yes. Working hours are part of the search. Latin America is especially strong for phone sales into the US because of the time-zone overlap.

Should commission be tied to meetings or revenue?

Both pull in different directions. Pay purely for booked meetings and you get meetings, not always good ones. We help you set a structure that rewards quality, not just volume.

How quickly can I meet candidates?

Qualified candidates are presented within 5 days of kickoff. Total time to hire depends on how quickly you interview and decide.

What’s the difference between Monthly Hire and Direct Hire?

With Monthly Hire, you pay HireUA, and we pay and administer your SDR, including payroll and compliance. With Direct Hire, you employ them directly and pay a placement fee of 15% of annual salary, $3,000 minimum.
