I quit corporate life because I hated working in a company.
Then I spent years avoiding building one myself.
Information products. Freelancers. Maybe a Virtual Assistant.
That was plenty.
Eventually I built HireUA into a company with a full team.
And here’s the funny part…
If you’re not careful, you can quit corporate life, become an entrepreneur, and spend the next 10 years recreating the exact environment you were trying to escape.
Except now you’re the one paying everybody.
I see it all the time.
The founder who left a job they hated now has a business that feels exactly like that job. Endless hiring. Endless managing. The wrong people in the wrong seats, and every problem lands back on their desk.
That’s why we’re on a mission at HireUA.
To help 10,000 businesses hire the right person, in the right seat, at the right cost.
So the founder doesn’t end up with a job they hate.
Here’s the thing:
I’m a firm believer that the world needs more entrepreneurs. More successes. More people building good things and creating real opportunities for talented people, wherever they happen to live.
That’s the whole mission behind HireUA.
It started in Ukraine. It started small.
Now we’ve placed people from 40 countries and counting, matching great talent with businesses that work hard and deal with a ton of regulation and red tape.
Because running a business is not easy.
And it’s a real gut punch every time a good owner gives up, or struggles for years, or folds the company because they couldn’t get the right people around them.
I reckon 95% of businesses fail.
I have no idea what the actual number is. That’s me shooting from the hip. But after 10 years of being an entrepreneur and seeing everything I’ve seen, it feels like a pretty good guess.
And even plenty of the successful ones hit a wall at some point.
Our job is to make sure the people aren’t the reason.
