The Problem
A Solar Deal Takes Months. Most Die in the Gaps.
A homeowner fills out a form, collects three quotes and takes weeks to decide. The installer who calls back within minutes, books the site survey and keeps following up after the proposal is usually the one who gets the signature.
Then the paperwork starts: utility bills, shade reports, permit packets, HOA approvals, interconnection applications and financing stipulations. Every step has its own portal and its own wait.
In most solar companies the same few people set appointments, chase permits and answer “when does my system turn on?” calls between installs. Leads go cold and signed projects stall waiting on paperwork.
We recruit remote hires for those seats, so your closers sell and your crews install.
Where Solar Deals Stall
Four Places Solar Pipelines Leak.
01
Slow Speed to Lead
Paid leads are often shopped to several installers at once. A setter who calls and texts within minutes, every time, protects what you spent on them.
02
Long Sales Cycles
Homeowners compare quotes, talk it over and wait on financing. Without a written follow-up cadence, “let me think about it” becomes “we went with someone else.”
03
Permits and Interconnection
Permit packets, utility applications and inspection requests sit with whoever has time. A coordinator tracks every project to PTO and chases what’s stuck.
04
Silence After the Sale
Customers who hear nothing between signing and install start to doubt the decision. Regular status updates keep them committed and leaving reviews.

Why HireUA
Recruited for Solar Workflows.

We Write the Role
We map the seat to your process: lead sources, speed-to-lead target, CRM, design tool and the utilities you file with.
02
The Right Market
Setters calling homeowners at dinnertime need overlap with US evenings. Permit and proposal admin needs accuracy. We search accordingly.
03
Qualified Candidates in 5 Days
You interview vetted finalists screened for the seat, not a stack of applications.

Where We Recruit
Solar Seats, Matched to the Right Market.
HireUA recruits from 40+ countries and starts with the seat. A setter calling homeowners at 6 p.m. and a permit coordinator filing packets belong in different markets.
01
Eastern Europe
Where HireUA started, with placements from 24 countries in the region. A strong pool for CRM setup, reporting and the marketing behind your lead flow.
02
Latin America
Placements from 14 Latin American countries and strong US time-zone overlap, so setters can call leads when homeowners actually pick up. Bilingual English and Spanish talent too.
03
The Philippines
Deep remote-work experience for structured, repeatable work like permit tracking, utility applications and customer status updates.
04
South Africa
Excellent English for homeowner calls, with overlap into the US East Coast morning.
05
Middle East
Specialists from markets including Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey when a seat needs a skill set the other regions don’t cover.
There’s no best country for a solar hire. Hours, language and the work itself decide where we search.

Questions
Solar Hiring FAQs
Can they set appointments for our solar consultants?
Yes. Appointment Setters call and text new leads, confirm the basics like home ownership, roof and average bill, and book consultations or site surveys on your reps’ calendars.
Can a remote hire handle permits and interconnection?
Yes, the admin side. They assemble permit packets, submit utility applications through online portals, track status and chase missing documents. Engineering stamps and licensed sign-off stay with your team.
Can they follow up through a long sales cycle?
Yes. We recruit setters and coordinators who work a written cadence, log every touch in your CRM and keep following up after the proposal until the homeowner decides.
Which solar software can they use?
Tell us your stack, for example Aurora Solar, OpenSolar, Enerflo, Salesforce or HubSpot, and we’ll screen for it or for candidates who pick up new tools quickly.
Do you recruit installers or site surveyors?
No. We recruit remote office and sales support roles. Installers, electricians and site surveyors stay local.
Do you recruit for other trades?
Yes. Many solar installers also run roofing or electrical crews. See our roofing and electrical contractor pages, or the Home Services overview.
How does HireUA charge?
Monthly Hire includes HireUA administering and paying the hire. Direct Hire costs 15% of annual salary, subject to a $3,000 minimum, and you employ the person directly.
How much can I save compared with hiring locally?
Clients save up to 82% compared with hiring locally. The exact number depends on the role, the seniority and the market we recruit from.
